For the 2023 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, Nunamiut Corporation will give a $1000 EARLY BIRD PROXY PRIZE, randomly drawn, to a shareholder whose valid proxy is received by the Inspector of Elections by
Wednesday, March 8, 2023, at 5 p.m.
In addition, Nunamiut Corporation will give DOOR PRIZES at the Annual Meeting on Saturday, March 11, 2023, randomly drawn, to shareholders who properly submitted a valid proxy or registered to vote in person at the meeting:
