Anaktuvuk Pass, Alaska – On March 11th, 2023, Nunamiut Corporation held its annual shareholder meeting. All seven seats on the Board of Directors were up for election. A majority of shareholders elected the following five shareholders to the Board: William Paneak, Curtis Morry, Della Tagarook, Irene Attungowruk, and Jerry Sikvayugak. Proxies and votes were cast for board seats A, B, C, D, and E as follows:

Board seats F and G remain vacant and will be filled at the next meeting of the Board of Directors, currently scheduled for April 11th, 2023. Both vacant seats are for one-year terms.
